Spray/Paint Shipping suspension & General
Shipping delay on Chemical containing items
Updated Date: 2009 Dec 24th
We truely regret to report that exporting
chemical containing material, spray cans
is strictly banned by the reinforced exporting
law, so any shipment contains those items
will not be accepted by Japon post international
logistic center.
Shipping any chemical containing items such
as bottled colors, thinners, Detergents,
Cements and smilar are strictly banned.
Any exports of those items need to present
MSDS (Material safety data sheet). Still,
if this MSDS is found not permitted to ship
by the government facility/delivery agents,
we are unable to ship eitherway.
As of Dec 20th 2009, TAMIYA is only the manufacturer
who agreeds to present MSDS for us.
GSI Creos, Gaia notes officially denied to
presend MSDS (which, we believe, a violation
of related MSDS law).
We will contact by e-mail each customers
whose order is sent back by these problems.
Consequently, We have stopped carrying GSI CREOS and GAIA
NOTES items (non-paint items are still OK
to ship) for mail order.
Also, for the other items suspected to violate
reinforced export law, we will suspend to
ship.
